Kevin is taking a mental health break this month and Jaime has taken the reins! This week she’s discussing some basic mental health suggestions for the holidays and throwing in some truly terrible reindeer jokes. Listen in for ways to get through the holidays with delicious cocoa and a smile.

Their expertise in regards to Holiday Stress, Holiday Bliss, and Holiday Happenings? We’ve had a few holiday seasons under our belt. One of us worked in HR, in retail, during holidays and during Peak Pandemic Times. Holiday Stress? OH YEAH, we understand that.
